The UPS packages finally arrived. It took a while -- and several calls both Stateside and from Rome -- but they made it. For a while, it looked like a repeat of the Vienna Incident of 2010. I don't need to remind you how frustrating that was. But, with Frances' help, UPS this time came through.
This does raise the obvious (and rhetorical) question: For how long can I still ask Frances to help me with things......?
